Kaileigh Pattee is a dynamic digital strategist and joined The Power Group as Digital Supervisor in March 2025. With a keen eye for storytelling and a passion for hospitality, she brings a wealth of experience managing social media and influencer programs for top-tier brands. Throughout her career, she has led social and influencer strategies for both B2C and B2B clients, overseeing campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and results. Her portfolio includes brands like Michelin Recommended Crown Block, Thompson Hotels, 7-Eleven and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
A Dallas native, Kaileigh earned her degree in Corporate Communications and Graphic Design from Belmont University in Nashville. She spent over six years immersed in the hospitality industry, working in bartending, management, marketing, and operations at esteemed establishments like Pinewood Social, Band Box, and Otaku Ramen. In 2020, she transitioned to agency life, honing her expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and influencer marketing. Kaileigh is a member of The Power Group’s leadership team, helping drive innovation and social media excellence across the agency.
Outside the office, you’ll find Kaileigh lifting weights, practicing yoga, or catching the latest Marvel movie with her four-year-old son. She’s always on the hunt for the best new restaurant in DFW—preferably with a spicy margarita in hand.
