Hailey joined The Power Group as our Social Media Specialist in February of 2026 and brings a creative and trendy approach to client storytelling and digital strategy.
She was born in Fort Worth and moved around a bit during her childhood, eventually returning to Texas to attend Texas Christian University, where she earned a B.A. in Strategic Communications with a minor in Communication Studies, graduating in May of 2023.
Outside of work, she can often be found attending college football games, cheering on the Horned Frogs, and spending time with friends and family.
